Board-Certified Dermatologist & Founder

Elie Levy, MD, FAAD

Dr. Levy founded Dermatology of Seattle in 1997, bringing Mohs micrographic surgery to South Seattle before it was widely available in the region. Board-certified in dermatology, he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Dermatology at the University of Washington from 1999 to 2012.

He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where he spent six months at NYU's Skin Cancer Unit and co-authored publications on melanoma and basal cell carcinoma. His training continued with an internal medicine residency in Brooklyn and a dermatology residency in Montreal, followed by specialized Mohs surgery instruction at the Mayo Clinic and the University of Miami.

In 2008, Dr. Levy established an on-site ambulatory surgery center at the Burien practice — one of the first dedicated dermatologic surgical suites in the South Seattle region. In addition to English, he speaks Hebrew, Arabic, French, and Spanish.
