Elizabeth Yun, PA-C

Elizabeth Yun was raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, and knew from early on that she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. A Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology & Physiology from the University of Maryland furthered by research and publication at Georgetown University contributed to a deeper understanding and insight into the treatment of aggressive prostate cancer. Such accomplishments only solidified her desire for more direct interaction with people. Scribing for the emergency department and completion of her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Maryland in Baltimore yielded the tools she needed to fulfill those dreams.

While no one is ever truly “done” learning the art of medicine, Elizabeth has focused her energy on her chosen concentration of dermatology. She has developed an advanced body of knowledge and skill set that other practitioners would have taken years to acquire. Through hands-on training, she has come to appreciate the utmost importance of compassion, empathy, and multi-dimensional care and is proud to apply these core values with the patients at Dermatology of Bellevue.

Elizabeth is a classically trained pianist of over 20 years. In her spare time, she also enjoys playing the harp, practicing yoga, hiking, and spending time with family.

Elizabeth is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
