ADAPTIVE Eczema Trial

We are enrolling adults with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) for a clinical trial evaluating an investigational, injectable treatment called IMG-007. Participation is at no cost to you.

Who Can Participate

Eligibility

  • Ages 18–70
    Men and women between 18 and 70 years old, inclusive.
  • Eczema Diagnosed for at Least 1 Year
    You must have had a confirmed diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for at least one year.
  • Moderate to Severe Eczema
    Eczema affecting more than 10% of your body (roughly 10 or more palm prints), with an itch intensity of at least 4 on a 0–10 scale.
  • Prior Topical Treatment History
    Prescription topical treatments have not adequately controlled your symptoms, or you have been advised not to use them.

What's Involved

  • Up to 16 Months
    Two 24-week treatment periods, for a total study duration of up to 16 months.
  • Up to 20 Clinic Visits
    Each visit is approximately 2.5 to 4 hours. Visits take place at our Seattle-area research clinic.
  • Investigational Injectable Treatment
    IMG-007 is administered as a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection. Some participants may receive a placebo during the first period; all active participants receive treatment in the second period.
  • No Cost to You
    All study-related care and medication are provided at no cost. No insurance is necessary.
  • Strictly Confidential
    Your information is kept confidential and is not shared without your permission, except as required by law.

On a scale of 0 to 10, is your itch intensity 4 or higher on average? *

Have prescription topical treatments for eczema not worked well for you, or been advised against by your doctor? *

Do you currently have or have you ever been treated for cancer? *

Do you have any severe or uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., heart, lung, kidney, or liver disease)? *

Sex *

Females only: Are you currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy? *
