Telehealth Access

Tips

Our office is happy to assist you with the process. Please reach out if you get stuck along the way

The Patient Portal website or the Pocket Patient app both allow you to review chart notes/labs/pathology, email staff/providers, request appointments and prescription refills.

Please note: On a PC or Mac Telehealth requires Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and will not work in Private Browsing or Incognito modes.

If you are having issues with the webcam or microphone on your PC you can test them here: https://test.webrtc.org/

As a courtesy our office will call you the day of your appointment to verify you are set and ready for your telehealth visit.

Telehealth Setup

Our Telehealth system is accessed via your Patient Portal or Pocket Patient app. Once you have the ability to log in, simply look for the Telehealth button.

If you do not yet have a login for the Pocket Patient app or the Patient Portal, look for an email from “Patient Portal” or from “Telemedicine Service” which will help you get your login setup. Once you are logged in, look for the Telehealth button when it’s your appointment time.

If you didn’t receive your email yet please ensure you check your spam folders. Additionally, if you scheduled your appointment online your setup email should arrive no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If it’s less than 24 hours from your appointment time and you still haven’t been able to locate the setup email, please give us a call and our receptionists will assist: 206-248-5020
